Northfield Hospital + Clinics has named Jodi Wieczorek, APRN, AGCNS-BC, ACHPN, OCN as Director of the Cancer Care & Infusion Center on the Northfield Hospital campus.
Wieczorek is a clinical nurse specialist and advanced practice nurse with expertise in oncology, palliative care, gerontology, and pain management for adult and geriatric patients. She brings a unique combination of experience to the role, balancing direct patient care and clinic management in this specialized position.
“It’s a privilege to work with patients and their families experiencing a diagnosis and treatment for a serious illness, including cancer,” Wieczorek says. “I appreciate being in a community hospital, because care is about relationships, supporting patients and their families by meeting them where they are, helping them with a challenge, and smoothing the way for the future.”

This is a return to Northfield for Wieczorek, a graduate of St. Olaf College. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing and Health Systems Administration from the University of Minnesota, and a Post Master’s Certificate as an Adult Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist from Winona State University.
Wieczorek is board-certified as an Oncology Certified Nurse; Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse; and Adult Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist, with special training in pain and palliative care.
The Cancer Care & Infusion Center provides advanced cancer care services close to home in a comfortable, soothing setting. Medical oncologists from Mayo Clinic and Allina see patients in the clinic, working with NH+C’s advanced practice nurses, certified oncology nurses, Cancer Care Navigators, social services and nutritionists to provide team-based, personalized care.
