Nephrology (Kidney care)

Through our relationship with Mayo Clinic, we offer a wide range of nephrology services. If you’re a new patient, we’ll listen to your concerns, provide diagnosis options and, if positive for a kidney condition, we’ll create a treatment plan that’s unique to you. If you have an on-going kidney condition, we’ll provide you with follow up care and long term monitoring.

Your primary care provider and your nephrologist will work together as a team to provide you with the best care possible. We’ll listen to your concerns and create a treatment plan that works for you. If needed, we can provide a gateway to the Mayo Clinic  for more complex nephrology problems. The Division of Nephrology and Hypertension at Mayo Clinic is one of the world's largest groups of nephrologists and hypertension specialists. You’ll receive high quality kidney care locally, and, when needed, can receive highly specialized, complex care at Mayo Clinic.
