Does Tareen charge for missed appointments?
Due to high demand for appointments, Tareen Dermatology assesses a $50 fee for missed appointments. Missed appointment fees are collected before rescheduling and funds are donated to charity.

Why am I getting a bill from both Tareen and NH+C?
If you had lab work done at NH+C's Farmington clinic, you will receive a bill from NH+C. Your dermatology appointment and any procedures will be billed by Tareen Dermatology.
