Introduction to IV therapy

This introductory course teaches the newer healthcare professional basic anatomy and physiology, aseptic technique, obtaining access, equipment, and basic intravenous fluid administration. Actual implementation of these skills is dependent on the individual's scope of practice.

Introduction to EKGs

This introductory course teaches the newer healthcare professional how to obtain cardiac monitoring, electrocardiogram rhythm recognition, and basic 12-lead EKG interpretation. Actual implementation of these skills is dependent on the individual's scope of practice.

Tuiton fee includes rented printed textbook and all lab equipment. Printed IV Therapy textbooks are available for purchase to keep for an additional $60.00. Textbook selection is completed during registration.
