Meet Kristi Winkels, RDN, LD
Good nutrition is not one-size-fits-all. Each person has their own health goals, challenges, and individual needs and my role is to help create a healthy eating plan that meets those needs. I believe that food is meant to be enjoyed, not stressed over, and that all foods fit in a healthy diet. I especially enjoy helping people feel less overwhelmed by taking small, actionable steps that lead to lasting change.
